This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Organize, oversee, and maintain data integrity within CRM systems.

• Ensure seamless communication among Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams.

• Conduct data audits and analyses to confirm the accuracy and reliability of information.

• Assist in the establishment of a data-driven operational framework and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Design, implement, and enhance automated workflows along with nurturing and relationship strategies.

• Create solutions aimed at boosting operational efficiency and minimizing manual tasks.

• Oversee integrations among the various systems and tools utilized by the revenue teams.

• Facilitate automation initiatives that leverage Artificial Intelligence.

• Track and assess critical metrics including Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), conversion rates, churn, and pipeline velocity.

• Develop dashboards and reports to monitor performance and assist in decision-making processes.

• Identify bottlenecks, growth prospects, and areas needing enhancement in the customer journey.

• Generate analyses and insights that bolster scalable growth within the operation.

• Map and refine the operational and technical journey of the customer.

• Promote synergy between Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams.

• Remove operational obstacles and enhance efficiency in processes that influence revenue generation.

• Aid in the standardization of processes and governance related to commercial operations.

• Help identify and implement AI applications within area processes.

• Contribute to advancements such as predictive lead scoring, intelligent automations, behavior analysis, and other initiatives focused on operational efficiency.

• Participate in the technological transformation of the company's revenue processes.

• Educate internal teams on proper tool utilization, processes, and operational best practices.

• Support the adoption of new technologies, automation, and methodologies.

• Serve as a resource for clarifying inquiries regarding CRM and RevOps operations.


⛳️ Requirements

• Strong background in Revenue Operations (RevOps), Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or similar fields.

• Practical experience in configuring, managing, and analyzing CRM platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, RD Station, or equivalent.

• Proven experience in building and optimizing workflows, automations, and operational processes.

• Proficient in data analysis, report generation, and tracking business metrics.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, or related disciplines.
