This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Implement sales strategies to enhance revenue growth.
• Evaluate market trends, customer demands, and the competitive landscape to uncover new opportunities and modify strategies as required.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Manage major accounts and negotiate significant contracts.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on Freestar products and industry trends.
• Prepare briefings, RFPs, case studies, and various go-to-market materials.
• Assess potential deals regarding pricing, strategic fit, and profitability.
• Continuously refine the sales process by developing scripts, email templates, presentations, and reusable demo agendas.
• Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure a unified approach to achieving company goals.
• Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking gatherings.
• Manage sensitive situations that have been escalated, requiring a high level of skill and temperament for resolution.
• Over 7 years of sales experience in the Ad Tech sector.
• 3-5 years of progressive experience in presales and projections, sales operations, business planning, and sales enablement.
• In-depth understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem, particularly header bidding. Experience with supply and demand side services is preferred.
• Proficient in strategies for the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
• Capability to analyze data, derive insights, and make decisions based on data.
• Familiar with CRM systems, preferably Hubspot.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency to complete projects.
• Excellent organizational capabilities with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
• Professional maturity, aptitude, and confidence.
• Strong teamwork, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills, along with the ability to lead by influence and example.
