This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Enhance customer retention and drive growth in equipment sales.
• Collaborate closely with current clients in diverse sectors.
• Facilitate business development and expansion of equipment sales initiatives.
• Build relationships at all organizational levels, including senior leadership.
• Oversee sales activities using KPIs and corporate CRM (SalesForce.com).
• Engage in regional and national trade shows, as well as on-site equipment demonstrations.
• Willingness to travel up to 4 days a week (including overnight stays when necessary).
• Demonstrated success in Account Management with a record of sustained growth.
• Experience in solution selling of capital equipment.
• Capacity to manage a wide-ranging portfolio of clients.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Familiarity with a CRM system (preferably SFDC) is a plus.
• Background in solution selling within a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
• An interest in technology is advantageous.
• A background in electrical or mechanical engineering is ideal.
