Bilingual Consumer Sales Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Deliver telephone assistance to clients in the e-commerce and insurance sectors.

• Assess customer requirements and offer optimal or alternative product solutions to satisfy those needs.

• Inform prospective clients about their insurance choices, provide estimates, and finalize sales.

• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the products and services available, actively learning about new offerings and policy updates.

• Precisely input essential customer information and modify existing policies as needed.

• Capable of closing sales by addressing customer inquiries, showing empathy, and effectively guiding the customer towards making a commitment.

• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT and similar technologies can enhance productivity and foster innovative problem-solving in daily operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Six (6) to twelve (12) months of experience in a customer service or sales role.

• Post-secondary education is strongly preferred.

• Must possess an Accident and Sickness license or be willing to obtain one.

• TICO certification is required or the willingness to become certified.

• Ability to maintain meticulous attention to detail while managing multiple tasks.

• Exhibit excellent customer service skills, a strong focus on customer needs, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

• Fluency in French is mandatory.
