This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Directly report to the VP of Sales while leading a team of 6–8 outstanding Sales Directors dedicated to driving growth in a dynamic market.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture that empowers your team to excel, innovate, and develop.
• Design and enhance onboarding and ramp-up procedures to ensure new team members are prepared for success.
• Assist in shaping and continuously enhancing our Enterprise sales playbook.
• Promote alignment and partnership with cross-functional teams, including Customer Success, Marketing, Solutions Architecture, and Professional Services.
• Define and implement strategic plans for some of our most significant and intricate accounts.
• Possesses over 6 years of experience in selling a technical product, with a demonstrated record of success.
• Has more than 3 years of experience in leading high-performing software sales teams.
• Comfortable with complex technical concepts and excels at simplifying them for others.
• Strong background in recruiting, developing, and retaining top sales talent.
• Leads with humility, inspires through action, and excels in coaching and mentoring others.
