This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Formulate and implement the international sales strategy across EMEA, APAC, Latin America, and other targeted regions.
• Assess and prioritize markets based on demand indicators, competitive analysis, and distribution capabilities.
• Develop and oversee a pipeline of partnerships with retail, grocery, e-commerce, and distributors worldwide.
• Negotiate and finalize distribution contracts, which can range from regional distributors to national retail chains.
• Be accountable for international revenue objectives and report directly to the Chief Sales Officer.
• Foster long-lasting relationships with key buyers, brokers, and distributors across various markets.
• Represent the brand at global trade exhibitions, industry functions, and meetings with buyers.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and localization in different regions.
• Recruit, develop, and lead regional sales managers and account executives as the team expands.
• 10-15+ years of experience in international sales, preferably in CPG, FMCG, or consumer brands.
• Demonstrated success in establishing distribution partnerships and closing deals in various international markets.
• Background in or close collaboration with startups or rapidly growing companies, particularly in foundational roles.
• Strong business insight with the capability to balance immediate revenue targets with long-term market growth.
• Exceptional relationship management and negotiation abilities across diverse cultures and business settings.
