Vice President, Product Strategy – Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Accountable for establishing the strategic vision and enhancing the performance of Lexia’s product portfolio.

• Oversee product-level strategies, integrated product roadmaps, and lifecycle management.

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in Product, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Customer Success.

• Ensure that product investments are driven by data and aligned with Lexia’s mission of Literacy for All.

• Lead the Product Management teams in converting Lexia’s vision into actionable roadmaps.

• Foster robust product management practices to guarantee cohesive development and delivery.

• Represent the product portfolio in executive discussions and engage in high-stakes customer interactions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8–10 years of product leadership experience in the edtech sector or a related field.

• At least 3 years of experience leading multi-product teams.

• A proven history of managing product roadmaps and generating significant impact within large-scale product portfolios.

• In-depth and current knowledge of the K-12 landscape.

• Thorough understanding of RFPs, state purchasing procedures, and K-12 decision-making processes.

• Strong background in K–12 EdTech or similar mission-driven sectors.

• Demonstrated success with SaaS or technology-driven education products.

• Experience leading within cross-functional product teams or matrix organizations.

• Outstanding organizational and operational skills.

• Executive presence with the capability to influence and collaborate across all organizational levels.
