This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

• Develop and implement the company's product, market, and innovation strategy.

• Set the strategic vision for the next generation of commercial construction and field service management solutions.

• Drive the organization's transition from traditional software development methodologies to an AI-driven operating model.

• Create and uphold a multi-year product strategy that aligns with corporate growth goals.

• Act as a vital member of the executive leadership team, contributing to the overall corporate strategy.

• Manage product portfolio prioritization and investment choices.

• Outline the roadmap for AI-driven workflows and intelligent business automation.

• Maintain direct connections with key customers and industry leaders.

• Work alongside Sales and Marketing on go-to-market strategies, positioning, packaging, pricing, and competitive differentiation.

• Oversee the functions of Product Management, Product Operations, Business Analysis, User Experience, and Product Innovation.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Technology Management, or a related field.

• MBA or similar executive business education is strongly preferred.

• Over 10 years of progressive leadership experience in software, SaaS, ERP, or technology sectors.

• Proven track record in leading product strategy and business transformation efforts.

• Experience in managing product portfolios and making investment decisions.

• Strong knowledge of software economics, recurring revenue models, and enterprise software markets.

• Preferred experience with AI-enabled products, automation technologies, and emerging software platforms.

• Highly desirable experience serving the commercial construction, field service, trades, ERP, or operational software markets.
