AI Business Automation Specialist – Operational Automations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, test, document, implement, and continually enhance AI-driven business automations across various platforms and departments.

• Work collaboratively with teams from Product, Operations, Marketing, HR, Sales, Customer Success, Leadership, and Technical departments.

• Assess current workflows, pinpoint inefficiencies, propose enhancements, and design scalable operational systems.

• Ensure that each automation undergoes comprehensive testing, documentation, monitoring, and ongoing improvement prior to deployment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in designing and implementing business automations.

• Proficiency with contemporary no-code or low-code automation platforms.

• Strong knowledge of APIs, webhooks, integrations, and workflow design principles.

• Experience in documenting technical solutions and business processes.

• Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Exceptional organizational abilities.

• Remarkable attention to detail.

• Capability to work independently in a fully remote setting.

• Familiarity with utilizing AI for workflow design, process mapping, documentation, code generation, quality assurance, testing, debugging, technical research, knowledge management, and operational optimization.
