This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the enterprise AI portfolio as the definitive source of information for AI initiatives throughout the organization, which includes proposals, ongoing projects, pilots, and production solutions.
• Manage the intake process for new AI use cases, ensuring there is no duplication with existing initiatives and tools.
• Assist in categorizing AI activities into appropriate paths: daily enablement, departmental improvements, or regulated production AI solutions.
• Facilitate the scoring and prioritization of initiatives in collaboration with business leaders, utilizing the CoE's evaluation framework.
• Collaborate with the VP of AI Transformation, Finance, IT/Security, and Solution Owners to maintain cost assumptions, budget inputs, and usage statistics for AI initiatives.
• Aid in build-versus-buy assessments through market research, cost comparisons, and structured analysis.
• Establish pre-deployment benchmarks for prioritized and governed AI initiatives.
• Define and monitor value metrics for production solutions, such as hours saved, cycle time, quality, adoption rates, and costs.
• Maintain an overarching view of the value generated against the investments made.
• Identify solutions that are underutilized or underperforming for potential improvement, repositioning, or retirement.
• Curate materials for the Quarterly AI Business Review and generate regular portfolio reports for leadership.
• Conduct regular Champion working sessions to review new concepts, refine functional backlogs, and identify duplicates.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years in an analytical role such as business analysis, portfolio or program analysis, operations analysis, FP&A, strategy, or process improvement, where your contributions directly influenced decisions.
• Proven ability to operate in new, undefined environments: creating processes where none existed, establishing order from ambiguity, and adapting swiftly to changing circumstances.
• Strong quantitative capabilities, including developing models, baselines, and metrics in Excel or a BI tool, and articulating them in clear, straightforward language.
• Experience managing a portfolio, pipeline, or body of work among multiple stakeholders with conflicting priorities.
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with employees, managers, executives, technical teams, and business leaders.
• Outstanding written communication skills, with the ability to distill complex inputs into a concise one-page narrative for an executive audience.
• Demonstrated experience integrating AI into practical applications, employing modern AI tools daily, redesigning at least one workflow or process around them, and forming well-informed perspectives on the applicability of AI.
