This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Direct the strategy, team, and implementation for launching Nerdio products in the market.
• Build, lead, and nurture a high-performing product marketing team.
• Collaborate with the Chief Product & Technology Officer, Chief Revenue Officer, and their teams on the go-to-market product strategy.
• Assess markets, customers, competitors, and products to guide product direction and positioning.
• Oversee cross-functional product launch planning and execution, along with post-launch evaluation.
• Develop and sustain messaging frameworks for IT teams, Managed Service Providers, and key industry verticals.
• Assist technology alliance partnerships by conveying value for joint customers.
• Steer content strategy throughout the buyer journey.
• Manage competitive intelligence and empower sales and marketing to compete effectively.
• Lead technical marketing initiatives and produce practitioner-focused technical content.
• Represent the Nerdio Valued Professionals program and advocate for the IT leadership community.
• Create sales enablement content, including pitch decks and battle cards.
• Handle analyst relations and translate analyst insights into product and go-to-market strategies.
• Direct the development of pricing and packaging in collaboration with product and sales teams.
• Work alongside the brand team on branding and naming initiatives.
• Leverage AI to establish scalable content-repurposing systems and workflows.
• Over 10 years of experience in B2B product marketing.
• Several years of experience in leading and developing a product marketing team.
• Ideally, experience within a fast-growing SaaS or cloud technology company.
• Experience in marketing within the Microsoft ecosystem (Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365, Intune, Microsoft 365) or a comparable cloud/EUC platform.
• Proven ability to collaborate with and influence senior executives to shape a shared strategy.
• A history of leading go-to-market strategies, product launches, messaging frameworks, competitive intelligence, and analyst relations programs.
• Experience marketing to both enterprise IT teams and Managed Service Providers, or other dual-audience go-to-market approaches.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical product features into clear and engaging narratives for various audiences.
• Comfort and preference for speaking in front of large audiences.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to develop content workflows and scale and standardize marketing outputs.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• A master's degree is advantageous.
