This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with the CPTO and executive team to develop product strategy.
• Manage prioritization across investment themes, balancing immediate revenue and retention effects with long-term initiatives that establish our competitive advantage.
• Oversee the product operating budget and headcount strategy.
• Work alongside Sales and Marketing to define packaging and SKU structure.
• Direct product launches in collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the product management and user research teams.
• Monitor the competitive landscape as an ongoing input that influences roadmap, positioning, and packaging decisions in real time.
• Engage directly with customers, clinical stakeholders, and prospects within ER/Specialty hospitals, GP practices, and Consolidator/DSO leadership.
• Coordinate with cross-functional partners without direct authority across Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Finance.
• Represent the product externally to executives, the company, the board of directors, customers, prospects, analysts, and at industry events.
• Over 10 years of experience in product management, including more than 5 years in leadership roles at the Senior Director or VP level.
• Proven success in scaling product teams through significant growth, M&A, or transformation, preferably in vertical SaaS, clinical, healthcare, or similar specialized fields.
• Established experience in delivering AI-native or AI-enhanced products in a commercial SaaS environment, where AI plays a crucial role in user value rather than merely serving as a backend feature.
• Experience managing a multi-product portfolio.
• Demonstrated influence on commercial outcomes: decisions regarding packaging and monetization that you contributed to, launches that advanced the business, and successful GTM partnerships.
• Experience in building or enhancing a user research function to serve as a strategic asset.
• Managed a product budget and made significant investment decisions tied to business outcomes.
• Strong partnership with GTM functions (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) and an understanding of how product decisions resonate in the market.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience that showcases similar critical thinking abilities.
