📋 Description

• Oversee central planning processes that align long-term customer demand with product and service needs, ensuring forward visibility of supply requirements and capacity, while facilitating decisions throughout the procurement lifecycle.

• Consolidate and manage functional data from category management and regional procurement to provide comprehensive visibility into inventory, asset management, product life cycles, and end-of-life statuses for tangible assets and supply capacity.

• Implement reporting and governance for cash flows, liabilities, and liquidity impacts related to inventory positions, committed supply, and capacity reservations, providing detailed analyses to aid business planning and executive decision-making.

• Assist in governing end-to-end data structures for SKUs and associated master data developed across Product, Supply Chain, and Procurement, ensuring consistent integration into the enterprise's digital footprint.

• Enhance real-time asset management and tracking capabilities by integrating planning, inventory, and operational data into interconnected digital platforms that promote visibility, control, and decision support.

• Lead the development of supply chain digital platforms and integration efforts in collaboration with IT and cross-functional partners, including Finance, Construction, Operations, Legal, and other corporate functions.

• Manage governance for cumulative inventory reporting across all tangible assets that support various functions, ensuring standardized definitions, reconciliation practices, and precise executive-level reporting.

• Supervise enterprise strategies for asset visibility across inventory, installed base, spares, transition stock, and end-of-life exposure to enhance planning precision and lifecycle management.

• Provide strategic guidance for corporate software and IT management within the procurement and supply chain ecosystem, encompassing platform roadmaps, integration priorities, controls, and adoption strategies.

• Establish operating rhythms, governance forums, and performance reporting that link planning, inventory, asset data, digital systems, and financial impacts into a cohesive center-of-excellence model.

• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

• Proven project management skills with the capability to lead intricate, cross-functional initiatives spanning procurement, supply chain, finance, IT, and operations.

• Strong financial background with the expertise to interpret and manage complex financial frameworks associated with inventory, assets, supply commitments, and enterprise planning.

• Advanced reporting skills, including the creation of detailed and intricate reports covering tax, asset staging, tariffs, cash flow exposure, liabilities, liquidity, and operational inventory positions.

• In-depth understanding of complex financing models, structured payments, milestone-based commercial agreements, and supply-related financial obligations.

• Experience in managing cash and liabilities related to warehousing, inventory, and assets, including reconciliation, forecasting, and executive reporting.

• Ability to correlate operational data, financial implications, and planning assumptions into clear decision-support reports for senior leadership.

• Strong analytical and governance capabilities with the skill to standardize reporting definitions, enforce data integrity, and enhance enterprise visibility.

• Proficient in operating efficiently in a highly matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders, balancing strategic planning, operational execution, and financial discipline.

• Expected travel is up to 20%, which may increase over time as the business evolves.
