This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
• Act as the functional and technical leader for the Procurement technology domain.
• Collaborate with Procurement Business Process Owners to establish vision, roadmap, and measurable outcomes.
• Take ownership of the product backlog, ensuring prioritization and refinement.
• Lead discovery processes and solution development for S2C and P2P initiatives.
• Propel AI and automation projects throughout S2C and P2P.
• Oversee implementations, rollouts, and significant enhancements, coordinating requirements, design, testing, cutover, and adoption.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops to outline future-state processes.
• Manage functional risks, dependencies, scope trade-offs, delivery quality, and readiness.
• Take charge of end-to-end business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, control requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Design and standardize S2C and P2P procurement processes.
• Ensure that solutions are compliant with audit requirements and key controls.
• Provide functional oversight for Ariba or similar module configurations and associated workflows.
• Define functional requirements for integrations between S2P suites and various ERPs.
• Collaborate with integration and data/BI teams to confirm mappings, reconciliation, and reporting necessities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.
• Over 8 years of functional and technical experience at the intersection of enterprise business system analysis and technology procurement pipelines.
• More than 2 years of direct experience in building, deploying, and maintaining production-ready low-code applications and automated workflows.
• Practical experience with S2P platforms like SAP Ariba, GEP, Coupa, Ivalua, or similar across S2C and/or P2P modules.
• Experience in integrating S2P tools with SAP, Infor, QAD, and/or JD Edwards, covering master data and transactional flows.
• Understanding of agile delivery methodologies and tools like Jira/Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) and ServiceNow.
• Experience in global template design, regional rollouts, and change management/adoption strategies.
• Strong skills in SQL and data validation.
• Familiarity with Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into epics, features, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Demonstrated leadership in testing and release readiness, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) leadership, defect triage, go-live, and hypercare.
