This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop, negotiate, and manage sourcing contracts, including master service agreements, statements of work, and non-disclosure agreements, with suppliers worldwide.
• Review, analyze, and interpret intricate contractual terms and conditions, identifying risks and potential areas for enhancement.
• Collaborate with legal, procurement, engineering, and other internal teams to ensure contract terms align with business goals and legal obligations.
• Lead and facilitate supplier negotiations to obtain competitive pricing, favorable conditions, and dependable supply chains.
• Oversee contract amendments, renewals, and terminations, ensuring timely execution and accurate documentation.
• Monitor supplier performance in relation to contractual obligations and assist in the resolution of contract-related disputes.
• Maintain precise and up-to-date contract records within the contract management system.
• Identify and implement enhancements for contract management and sourcing processes.
• Ensure compliance with Jabil's policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
