📋 Description

• Lead Acelero’s strategy for policy and performance, ensuring clarity, consistency, and compliance across various markets.

• Manage the organization’s data governance and reporting frameworks, collaborating with technology and cross-functional teams to enhance tools and systems.

• Direct the Training & Technical Assistance (TTA) and coaching framework to promote quality implementation and ongoing improvement.

• Establish and track key performance and compliance metrics, creating tools that enhance visibility and inform decision-making.

• Conduct a minimum of three annual site visits to evaluate implementation and support continuous performance enhancement.

• Supervise and nurture a high-performing team, ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality deliverables.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in education, data science, social sciences, or a related discipline.

• Over 5 years of proven success in policy development and technology-driven reporting within Head Start.

• More than 5 years of demonstrated success in policy development and technology-driven reporting.

• At least 3 years of experience managing operations for a multi-site organization, with a preference for early learning.

• Minimum of 2 years of verified supervisory or people leadership experience.

• Willingness to travel up to 25–30% for site visits and meetings.
