Strategy Associate – Realms Group

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.

📋 Description

• Strategic Analysis & Business Cases: Carrying out comprehensive market research and developing strong business cases for new initiatives throughout the Realms Group holding (extending well beyond just Oddin.gg).

• Strategic Synthesis: Functioning at the crossroads of business goals and in-depth customer insights. You will convert user requirements into rigorous, data-driven tactical proposals and overarching strategic roadmaps that promote growth across the holding.

• AI-First Execution: As an AI-native strategist, you will utilize Claude, Antigravity, and cutting-edge services as your primary tools for scalability. We anticipate expert-level prompting to streamline research, data synthesis, and content creation. You will condense weeks of work into mere hours, ensuring the Founder’s office functions at an exponential pace.

• The "Translator" Role: Serving as the liaison between the Founder and the product/technical teams. You will assess feasibility, align roadmaps, and guarantee that strategic intent is preserved throughout execution.

• High-Stakes Communication: Crafting presentations suitable for C-level executives and Board members, investment decks, and strategic briefs. You won’t just create slides; you will develop the narrative.

• Market Intelligence: Monitoring the landscape for M&A opportunities, competitive changes, and emerging technologies within the gaming and betting sectors.

• Consulting Pedigree: Ideally, you come from a background at McKinsey, BCG, or Bain. You understand how to structure problems, build models from the ground up, and present to an audience of executives.

• AI Fluent: You are an "AI-first" employee. You know how to utilize leading automation tools to compress 40 hours of work into just 4.

• Business Athlete: You can seamlessly transition from financial modeling to product brainstorming to legal reviews without losing momentum.

• Direct & Low-Ego: You thrive in a high-pressure environment, working closely with C-level founders. Your priority is the best idea prevailing, rather than who receives the credit.

• Doer: You possess a "zero task elitism" mindset and are eager to take on any unglamorous heavy lifting necessary to drive progress with limited resources. You are a resourceful "figure-it-out" expert who prioritizes raw execution and measurable results over appearances or hierarchy.
