Commercial Litigation Solicitor, 2–8 Years’ PQE

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Engaged in a diverse array of commercial dispute resolution issues

• Disputes related to contracts

• Conflicts involving shareholders and directors

• Recovery of debts

• Obtaining injunctions

• Disputes associated with regulatory and compliance matters

• 5–8 years of post-qualification experience (PQE)

• Capable of managing cases with the right level of supervision

• Analytical, commercially aware, and solution-oriented

• Proficient in establishing relationships with clients and colleagues

• Eager to grow their practice and assume increased responsibilities over time
