Litigation Associate – Computer Hardware & Software

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong background in patent litigation related to computer hardware and/or software

• Experience with inter partes review (IPR) procedures before the PTAB

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field

• Outstanding writing abilities

• USPTO registration number is preferred

• Must be eligible for bar admission by waiver or willing to take the state bar exam
