Vice President, Operations Excellence, Enablement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Leads the formulation and execution of strategies aimed at improving operational efficiency, minimizing costs, and enhancing customer experience and compliance.

• Supervise the Project Management Office for the PHCO organization.

• Oversee the rollout of operational excellence initiatives, ensuring they are implemented successfully and achieve intended results.

• Establish and maintain a comprehensive clinical operational compliance oversight program to uphold regulatory standards.

• Analyze and refine operational processes utilizing methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen.

• Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of operational initiatives.

• Guide and mentor teams in the practices of operational excellence.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tackle operational challenges and seize opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field, or equivalent experience is required.

• A Master's Degree in a related field is preferred.

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare operations is required.

• Six Sigma certification and extensive operational experience are preferred.

• Prior experience in managing staff, including hiring, training, workload management, and performance evaluation, is required.

• Experience in large-scale environments that are regulated by state and federal agencies is preferred.
