This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +3 more states.
• Execute the North America strategy to ensure business development and sustainable market growth.
• Take ownership of year-on-year operational objectives, encompassing Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), Quality, and Profit & Loss (P&L).
• Coordinate the local team to optimize overall operational capacity and capabilities.
• Ensure the timely delivery of products, projects, and services, achieving targets for HSE, quality, schedules, financial performance, and customer satisfaction.
• Establish and nurture robust relationships with both new and existing customers.
• Promote ongoing enhancements in compliance, productivity, delivery, and cost-effectiveness.
• Apply HSE and business compliance standards and regulations effectively.
• Lead, inspire, and develop team members in accordance with HR policies.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• 10 to 15 years of experience in factory management and implementing Lean principles within a traditional manufacturing context.
• Demonstrated success in leading teams and managing projects with a strategic focus on a specific product or product line.
• Experience in managing manufacturing operations across multiple locations and regions.
• Must possess permanent work authorization in the United States.
