📋 Description

• Spearhead Patriot's Talent Acquisition efforts by crafting recruiting strategies that draw in top talent while enhancing hiring efficiency, candidate experience, and overall recruiting effectiveness.

• Create and sustain a standardized enterprise job architecture, which encompasses job descriptions, career levels, salary structures, and frameworks for career progression.

• Develop and manage Patriot's compensation strategy, incorporating market benchmarking, pay structures, compensation philosophy, and practices for equitable pay.

• Collaborate with business leaders to anticipate workforce requirements, refine workforce planning, and devise proactive talent acquisition strategies aimed at minimizing external recruiting costs.

• Direct the creation and implementation of Patriot's Employer Value Proposition to bolster employer branding and attract talent.

• Supervise the Manager of Total Rewards and work together on benefits strategy, compensation programs, and employee rewards initiatives.

• Establish governance, strategy, and a long-term roadmap for Patriot's HR technology ecosystem, including UKG and related HR platforms.

• Guide the modernization of HR systems by enhancing data integrity, automation, system configuration, integrations, and user adoption.

• Assess, recommend, and implement HR technology solutions that boost operational efficiency and improve the employee experience.

• Work closely with Information Technology to ensure HR systems maintain security, integration, scalability, and proper governance.

• Create an enterprise framework for evaluating, prioritizing, and governing new HR programs based on business value, operational impact, and return on investment.

• Analyze the effectiveness of HR programs through analytics, participation metrics, and business outcomes, suggesting enhancements or retirement of programs as necessary.

• Develop and maintain Patriot's enterprise HR scorecard, delivering meaningful workforce metrics, trends, insights, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.

• Utilize workforce analytics to uncover opportunities in recruiting, retention, compensation, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness.

• Build, lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams across Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Compensation, HR Technology, and HR Operations.

• Collaborate with executive leadership to synchronize people strategies with organizational objectives, financial goals, and long-term business growth.

• Propel continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational excellence, strengthen organizational capabilities, and support Patriot's evolving business needs.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field is required; advanced degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred.

• Over 15 years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience with substantial expertise in two or more of the following areas: Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Job Architecture, Total Rewards, HR Technology, or HRIS.

• Proven experience in establishing or significantly advancing enterprise compensation programs, job architecture, and career frameworks.

• Demonstrated capability in leading Talent Acquisition functions within complex, multi-location organizations.

• Strong knowledge of HR systems, HR technology strategy, data governance, automation, and HRIS platforms; UKG experience is preferred.

• Experience in leading HR technology implementations, system modernizations, or digital transformation initiatives.

• Solid understanding of workforce analytics, HR reporting, dashboard development, and data-driven decision making.

• Proven ability to evaluate HR initiatives based on business outcomes, financial impact, and return on investment.

• Experience collaborating with executive leadership, Finance, Information Technology, and operational leaders to formulate enterprise people strategies.

• Background in high-growth, private equity-backed, insurance, financial services, or other multi-location organizations is preferred.

• Professional certifications such as SHRM-SCP, SPHR, CCP, or similar credentials are preferred.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.

• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities with a demonstrated ability to lead through change.

• High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential employee and organizational information.
