• Collaborate with the Own SVP General Manager to take ownership of and drive the complete P&L for the Target account, encompassing revenue, margin, and profitability objectives.
• Formulate and implement long-term account strategies that align with Target’s business goals and Mad Engine’s expansion objectives.
• Recognize and seize new business opportunities across various categories, programs, and private label/licensed initiatives.
• Direct seasonal line planning, forecasting, and inventory strategies to enhance sell-through while minimizing risk.
• Act as a senior executive point of contact for Target's merchants, buyers, and leadership teams.
• Cultivate and sustain robust, trusted relationships at all levels within the customer organization.
• Lead negotiations for key programs, pricing structures, and strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with design, merchandising, sourcing, production, and licensing teams to provide top-tier product assortments.
• Foster teamwork across marketing and brand teams to support retail initiatives and storytelling efforts.
• Assess market trends, competitive landscapes, and consumer insights to guide strategic direction.
• Ensure alignment with licensing partners and adherence to brand standards.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales and account management team.
• Oversee forecasting accuracy, order management, and the execution of delivery commitments.
• Guarantee compliance with Target’s operational standards and requirements.
• 10–15+ years of sales leadership experience in wholesale, ideally within apparel or licensed products.
• Proven success in managing significant mass retail accounts (experience with Target is strongly preferred).
• Demonstrated history of achieving substantial revenue growth and managing large P&Ls.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume retail settings.
• Bachelor’s degree is required (preferably in Business, Merchandising, or a related field).
• An MBA is a plus.
