This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• **Responsibilities you will take on**
• - Generating new-logo bookings, which is the primary metric for success in this position.
• - Managing the complete pipeline creation and conversion in the healthcare and manufacturing sectors.
• - Providing direct coaching and development to three account executives.
• - Ensuring adherence to the sales process, maintaining forecasting discipline, and upholding CRM standards (Salesforce, MEDDPICC).
• - Leading the go-to-market strategy for ConnectOS in both new accounts and the existing customer base.
• - Collaborating with the CEO on compensation plan design and quota establishment while personally handling named target accounts.
• **Qualifications we seek**
• - Over 7 years of experience in selling B2B SaaS, including more than 3 years in a sales leadership role.
• - Proven success in building a new-logo pipeline from the ground up, beyond merely managing renewals and expansions.
• - Adaptability to a lean, capital-efficient work environment.
• - A hands-on approach, showing effectiveness without the need for a large team.
• - Strong understanding of a structured sales process and proficient forecasting abilities.
• - Experience in selling to operations, HR, or workforce management stakeholders is highly desirable.
• - Familiarity with the healthcare or manufacturing sectors is an added advantage.
• - Proficiency in utilizing a modern, AI-enhanced sales approach.
