This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Driving Revenue Growth
• Oversee Ardent’s commercial growth strategy encompassing ocean, air, customs brokerage, drayage, transloading, and trade advisory services
• Formulate and implement sales strategies that foster profitable revenue expansion
• Actively engage in winning and growing strategic accounts
• Establish strong relationships with importers, exporters, procurement leaders, and supply chain executives
• Discover new markets, industries, and avenues for growth
• Building a World-Class Commercial Team
• Recruit, mentor, and nurture high-performing sales talent
• Create a framework of accountability, structure, and performance expectations
• Enhance pipeline management, forecasting, and sales discipline
• Foster a culture of ownership, responsiveness, and customer dedication
• Partnering Across the Business
• Collaborate closely with operations and leadership to ensure flawless customer execution
• Help close the gap between sales commitments and operational excellence
• Identify customer challenges and transform them into actionable solutions
• Be a proactive leader within the organization, not just externally

• Act as a vital voice in company strategy and growth initiatives
• Assist in evolving our go-to-market approach
• Contribute to leadership conversations regarding hiring, service expansion, and long-term growth
• Play a significant role in building a lasting entity
• 8+ years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, transportation, supply chain, or a related field
• A demonstrated history of business development and revenue enhancement
• Experience in selling international logistics services (ocean, air, customs, drayage, etc.)
• Strong leadership abilities and the capacity to influence others
• High emotional intelligence paired with exceptional communication skills
• A builder mindset and readiness to get hands-on
• A strong sense of ownership and accountability
• The capability to act swiftly, resolve issues, and adapt
