
Vice President of Revenue Strategy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• The VP acts as a strategic advisor to hotel ownership and Crescent leadership, focusing on driving revenue growth, profitability, and market share while nurturing a high-performing team of Area Directors of Revenue Strategy.
• Utilize practical management experience to establish realistic objectives and allocate appropriate resources to achieve them.
• Cultivate relationships with all leaders within Crescent, ownership groups, asset managers, operations, sales, digital, business development, and finance to design and implement yield-enhancing strategies, evaluate hotel offerings, and pinpoint pricing opportunities.
• Collaborate with area and corporate directors to maximize engagement with hotel teams for the effective execution of strategies.
• Partner with the digital department to generate ideas and support online distribution of strategies and creative assets for optimizing strategies in the digital realm.
• Identify weaknesses, create solutions, implement corrective actions, and ensure accountability within teams to achieve targeted outcomes.
• Oversee performance and manage the appropriate hotel metrics, including KPIs and index scorecards.
• Formulate and implement initiatives aimed at increasing revenue and market share.
• Lead a team of revenue managers to enhance property and regional performance, streamline business processes, and manage high-profile strategic accounts.
• A minimum of 5 years of revenue and/or yield management experience is essential.
• Significant experience with independent/soft-brand hotels and multi-brand portfolios is necessary.
• Exceptional analytical skills with the capability to effectively collect, analyze, and leverage key data to support proposed initiatives.
• Ability to forge relationships with hotel teams and senior operations leaders, alongside confidence in engaging with ownership groups.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Highly competitive salary ranging from $160,000 to $180,000 annually, depending on experience.
