This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Lead and cultivate a team of Product Managers, fostering a high-performing atmosphere centered on autonomy, accountability, and coaching.
• Take ownership of delivery and outcomes across 10 product teams, overseeing the process from discovery to value realization.
• Convert product strategy into clear priorities, actionable plans, and measurable outcomes for your domain.
• Make and guide prioritization decisions, ensuring teams concentrate on the most impactful work.
• Collaborate with Product Directors to align priorities, manage trade-offs, and ensure a cohesive experience across domains.
• Establish clear operational frameworks, governance, and planning processes that empower teams to deliver efficiently.
• Closely monitor progress, intervening when necessary to keep delivery on track without becoming a bottleneck.
• Work alongside Design and Engineering to ensure solutions balance customer experience, technical limitations, and rapid value delivery.
• Optimize delivery across teams by managing dependencies, sequencing work, and promoting consistency.
• Drive continuous improvement in team operations, including the integration of AI and advanced tooling.
• Demonstrated experience leading multiple product teams within a complex environment.
• Strong product judgment, with the capability to prioritize effectively and make clear trade-offs.
• Experience in translating strategy into execution and measurable outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence across teams and leadership levels.
• A leadership approach that balances autonomy and accountability, emphasizing coaching and development.
• Commercial insight, with a focus on achieving measurable business impact.
• Solid understanding of how product, design, and engineering collaborate to deliver high-quality experiences.
