• Oversee the design, development, and ongoing enhancement of sophisticated statistical and machine learning models

• Convert model outputs into practical insights

• Manage the comprehensive development of forecasting models

• Act as the organization's senior expert in data science

• Communicate complex data science results to executive audiences

• Lead and guide a team of data scientists and analysts

• At least 10 years of experience in data science, data engineering, or a related field

• Extensive experience in a leadership role

• Profound knowledge of the healthcare sector, particularly Medicare Advantage

• Mastery of contemporary data architecture principles

• Strong comprehension of data security and compliance regulations
