Vice President of Product and Technology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Ensure excellence in execution across the R&D department.

• Collaborate closely with the SVP & Head of Technology, the Chief Product Officer, and senior leaders in Product, Technology, and UX.

• Lead the planning processes on an annual and quarterly basis, clarifying priorities and trade-offs.

• Take ownership of defining, communicating, and managing ongoing delivery commitments for the Technology portfolio.

• Establish the PMO as a reliable strategic partner to Product, UX, and Technology leadership.

• Design, implement, and oversee a streamlined, outcome-focused portfolio management approach.

• Build, mentor, and expand a high-performing PMO organization that fosters a culture of ownership, intellectual curiosity, and constructive challenge.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 12 years of experience in Program Management, Technical Operations, R&D Operations, or Product/Technology leadership, with an advanced degree in high-growth SaaS, platform, or e-commerce sectors.

• More than 5 years of experience leading a global or enterprise PMO, Technical Program Management, or a similar strategic operations role.

• Proven experience in implementing or evolving portfolio management, planning, or workforce visibility tools within large-scale environments.

• Strong understanding of technical concepts.

• Profound knowledge of contemporary product development and engineering delivery models, including Agile, Lean, and hybrid methodologies.

• Outstanding executive communication and influence capabilities.
