This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish the operational and organizational infrastructure necessary for substantial growth.
• Create scalable organizational frameworks, leadership positions, and operational rhythms.
• Collaborate on strategic planning, capacity management, market growth, and acquisition integration initiatives.
• Assess organizational preparedness and pinpoint opportunities to enhance scalability.
• Build, develop, and mentor a high-achieving leadership team.
• Formulate recruiting strategies that position HVAC RNTL as a preferred employer.
• Develop innovative pipelines for technicians and operational workforce.
• Ensure operational capabilities foster ongoing revenue growth.
• Work closely with sales leadership to align resources with customer demands.
• Enhance responsiveness, execution, and customer experience across all operational areas.
• Maintain relationships with key customers and strategic accounts.
• Implement practical operating systems that enhance consistency without adding bureaucracy.
• Establish significant operational metrics and performance indicators.
• Improve fleet productivity, resource usage, and operational efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to boost profitability while retaining agility.
• Construct the operating model necessary to support growth in the data center sector.
• Develop labor, organizational, and execution strategies tailored for mission-critical environments.
• Facilitate the successful execution of large-scale data center projects.
• Maintain a prominent presence throughout the organization.
• Conduct branch visits, ride-alongs, customer meetings, and operational assessments.
• Travel approximately 30–40% to achieve growth objectives.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred.
• Over 10 years of progressive experience in operational leadership.
• Extensive multi-site leadership experience with accountability for managers and senior leaders.
• Proven success in assisting organizations to scale during periods of growth and expansion.
• Established track record of building high-performing teams and nurturing leaders.
• Experience in developing recruiting strategies and workforce development initiatives.
• Strong customer-facing leadership experience is essential.
• Background in equipment rental, industrial services, specialty contracting, construction services, or a related industry is preferred.
• Experience in supporting acquisition integration is advantageous but not mandatory.
