VP, RCM Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the revenue cycle operations of the organization.

• Formulate and implement the operational strategy for Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).

• Guarantee the fulfillment of contractual commitments, client Service Level Agreements (SLAs), regulatory adherence, and performance indicators.

• Manage partnerships with offshore vendors and domestic resources.

• Establish, prioritize, and execute business processes aimed at continuous enhancement.

• Lead the management team to ensure adherence to laws and organizational policies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.

• Over 12 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management, Healthcare, or a comparable field.

• More than 8 years of experience collaborating with various leadership levels within a healthcare setting.

• Familiarity with best practices in Revenue Cycle Management.

• Understanding of business processes and factors influencing large healthcare providers.

• Insight into contract negotiation strategies.
