This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Review all data for precision and identify discrepancies, escalating issues to ensure customer accounts are accurate and compliant.
• Consistently achieve timely processing of contributions, meeting deadlines and ensuring that customers' contributions are applied correctly without delays.
• Proactively spot discrepancies and rectify errors, ensuring high-quality and consistent data for reporting and operational needs.
• Facilitate effective communication between teams to quickly resolve customer inquiries and contribute ideas for streamlining workflows, enhancing overall operational efficiency.
• Attain proficiency in the company's operational processes, becoming a reliable point of contact for daily support and providing insights on process enhancements.
• Aid in the successful completion of key projects by timely contributing to tasks, supporting project leads, and maintaining high standards of quality in deliverables.
• Responsibilities and assignments for this position may be adjusted based on organizational requirements.

• 1-2 years of experience in Accounting or 401(k) Recordkeeping.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Basic skills in reconciliation.
