Channel Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• In the role of Manager, Channel Operations, you will strategically oversee Channel Operations at Cyera.

• Collaborate closely with the Channel & Alliances leadership to design and refine the Channel operating model.

• Create clear operational frameworks that outline how Cyera engages with GSIs, Resellers & VARs, Technology Alliances, and CSP partners.

• Define, track, and continually enhance KPIs that assess channel effectiveness and growth.

• Take ownership of and improve core Channel Ops processes, ensuring they are scalable and well-documented.

• Act as the business owner for Channel Operations workflows within Salesforce.

• Supervise and mentor one Channel Ops individual contributor, providing guidance and development.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in Channel Operations, Partner Operations, or GTM Operations facilitating partner-led growth in a SaaS context (cybersecurity experience is highly desirable).

• Demonstrated capability to build and scale processes in fast-paced, ambiguous organizations; skilled at being both a strategic partner and a builder.

• Experience in managing intricate partner ecosystems that include GSIs, Resellers/VARs, Technology Alliances, and CSPs.

• Strong proficiency in Salesforce, with the ability to create reports, dashboards, and workflows that are reliable and utilized by leadership.

• Background in managing or mentoring others while functioning as a senior collaborator with Channel leadership.

• You inherently approach challenges with a focus on repeatability, leverage, and long-term growth rather than just immediate solutions.
