VP of Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.

📋 Description

• Inspire and guide operational leadership teams to reach organizational objectives while promoting employee engagement, accountability, and professional growth.

• Oversee comprehensive revenue cycle operations across the enterprise, including Accounts Receivable, Coding, Payment Operations, Provider Enrollment, Customer Service, Revenue Cycle, and designated operational initiatives.

• Ensure that operational teams consistently achieve or surpass set performance targets related to revenue, cash collections, charge capture, inventory management, quality, productivity, and client satisfaction.

• Assess and analyze operational performance using Business Intelligence reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and financial metrics, implementing corrective action plans as needed.

• Collaborate with executive leadership to formulate and implement operational strategies that bolster company growth, profitability, scalability, and client retention.

• Manage staffing models, labor allocation, outsourcing strategies, and organizational structure to maintain optimal operational capacity and profitability.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Over 7 years of progressive operational leadership experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, including roles leading directors and managers.

• Proven experience in developing and executing operational strategies, process enhancements, and large-scale organizational initiatives.

• Strong financial, analytical, and Business Intelligence reporting and data analysis capabilities.
