Vice President of Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Take charge of performance across various campuses, focusing on NCLEX pass rates, retention, and student outcomes.

• Develop, evaluate, mentor, and enhance the talent of Campus Presidents.

• Set clear accountability, operational standards, and ownership structures.

• Identify underperformance issues and implement targeted interventions, including changes in talent and processes.

• Utilize data and dashboards to proactively identify risks and close performance gaps.

• Actively engage with underperforming campuses to realign execution and leadership strategies.

• Manage P&L performance, encompassing budgeting and resource distribution.

• Collaborate with executive leadership to achieve enterprise objectives and cross-functional projects.

• Supervise campus operations, facility management, and compliance matters.

• Address escalated student concerns and tackle root causes to prevent future issues.

• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and maintain internal standards.

• Cultivate a campus culture that prioritizes students and aligns with our mission.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is required (MBA is preferred).

• 5+ years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 2 years in senior management roles.

• Demonstrated success in leading multi-site operations with a strong accountability for outcomes.
