This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Define and enhance the DocUpdate brand as the organization expands.
• Create a culturally relevant healthcare brand that clinicians genuinely desire to associate with.
• Develop messaging across all touchpoints while maintaining trust and clinical credibility.
• Ensure the brand consistently embodies our physician-first identity and voice.
• Convert complex healthcare workflows into clear and engaging narratives.
• Establish a strong physician founder brand, positioning us as one of the most influential voices among physician-founders in healthcare.
• Formulate a high-impact thought leadership strategy across various social channels (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Reddit), podcasts, press, speaking opportunities, and video content.
• Create a scalable content engine focused on founder insights, physician advocacy, innovation, and access to care.
• Position DocUpdate as the trusted voice connecting clinicians, industry, and patient access.
• Manage clinician acquisition strategies through paid, organic, partnerships, referrals, and lifecycle marketing.
• Collaborate with the team to scale physician acquisition efficiently while upholding brand quality and trust.
• Generate ideas for experimentation across channels including Meta, LinkedIn, Google, creator partnerships, podcasts, newsletters, events, and emerging platforms.
• Support full-funnel growth systems with robust attribution and performance analytics.
• Drive app downloads, clinician verification, activation, and retention.
• Expand and strengthen the DocUpdate physician community and advisory network.
• Design programs that boost engagement, loyalty, referrals, and clinician advocacy.
• Create impactful clinician experiences both online and in-person.
• Initiate community programs that feel premium, valuable, and relationship-focused rather than transactional.
• Foster connections among physicians beyond just the product.
• Oversee DocUpdate’s event strategy encompassing conferences, dinners, summits, pop-ups, roundtables, and physician experiences.
• Craft healthcare experiences that people genuinely wish to attend.
• Enhance DocUpdate’s visibility at conferences and industry events.
• Develop experiences that build community, trust, and promote word-of-mouth growth.
• Lead content strategy across video, social media, editorial, email, podcasts, physician stories, and campaigns.
• Create highly shareable content that resonates with clinicians.
• Supervise creative direction while upholding exceptional brand standards.
• Develop campaigns that feel contemporary, intelligent, humane, and clinically grounded.
• Design viral product launches and moments that capture attention organically.
• Recruit and manage a high-performing, modern marketing team.
• Foster a culture of creativity, speed, accountability, and aesthetic appreciation.
• Collaborate closely with product, partnerships, operations, and leadership teams.
• Provide structure and prioritization in a fast-paced organization.
• 7+ years of experience in marketing, branding, growth, or community leadership.
• Proven experience in building culturally relevant brands with engaged communities.
• Demonstrated success in leading multi-channel acquisition and growth initiatives.
• Strong expertise in the following areas:

• Organic social
• Influencer strategies
• Community development
• Lifecycle marketing
• Content strategy
• Experiential events
• Product launches
• Experience in scaling consumer, membership, creator-led, or community-driven brands.
• Exceptional communication skills and storytelling abilities.

• Analytical mindset to understand performance metrics without being solely performance-driven.
