This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the execution of monthly email and SMS campaigns to align with monthly and quarterly objectives, managing everything from concept briefing to coordination with our agency for timely execution.
• Collaborate with the Manager to enhance automated email and SMS journeys.
• Track and report on channel initiatives, providing weekly and monthly analytics insights while brainstorming ideas to refine campaigns for better performance.
• Work alongside creative and brand teams to develop channel-specific content.
• Coordinate with external channel partners to ensure the timely deployment of quality campaigns.
• Bring innovative ideas to the table for cross-functional meetings.
• Employ a data-driven approach in all recommendations and insights.
• Manage the execution of email and SMS campaigns, liaising with internal stakeholders and external agency partners to guarantee accurate and timely launches.
• Develop campaign briefs, maintain campaign calendars and tracking documentation, and oversee project timelines, approvals, and feedback processes.
• Evaluate campaign, testing, and channel performance through weekly and monthly reports, pinpointing trends, insights, and optimization opportunities.
• Act as the main point of contact for agency partners, facilitating campaign handoffs, reviewing deliverables, consolidating feedback, and granting final launch approvals.
• Take ownership of campaign QA processes, ensuring the validation of content, links, targeting, personalization, and tracking across all email and SMS campaigns and automated flows.
• Collaborate with Creative, Brand, and Content teams to create campaign assets tailored to the channel and support ongoing program improvements.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in CRM, retention, lifecycle, email, SMS, digital marketing, or a related discipline.
• Highly organized with the capability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders concurrently in a fast-paced setting.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong dedication to accuracy, especially when reviewing campaigns, tracking systems, and customer-facing communications.
• Proficient in Klaviyo, including practical experience with campaign execution, flows, segmentation, and reporting.
• Strong analytical abilities to interpret campaign performance and extract actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a history of collaboration across cross-functional teams and external agency partners.
• Eager to learn, take initiative, and advance within lifecycle marketing.
