πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Take charge of and generate 30–40%+ of the overall company revenue through lifecycle channels.

β€’ Create and implement a calendar for high-frequency, high-conversion campaigns.

β€’ Determine which products, offers, and promotions to launch based on performance analytics.

β€’ Drive the conversion for first purchases, repeat purchases, and subscriptions.

β€’ Collaborate with leadership to define and enhance the subscription strategy at a strategic level.

β€’ Enhance rebill rates, minimize churn, and increase subscriber lifetime value (LTV).

β€’ Lead the direct-response messaging strategy across Email and SMS platforms.

β€’ Manage reporting and performance analysis for lifecycle channels: Revenue per send/per subscriber.

β€’ Establish a closed-loop feedback system: Insights β†’ Hypothesis β†’ Test β†’ Scale.

β€’ Create a consistent, repeatable framework for revenue generation and optimization.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ 6–10+ years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing within a DTC CPG or subscription model.

β€’ Proven track record of managing extensive lists (2–3M+ subscribers) or multiple segmented lists.

β€’ Demonstrated success in generating 30%+ of company revenue through Email/SMS channels.

β€’ In-depth, hands-on knowledge of Klaviyo (including flows, segmentation, deliverability, and reporting).

β€’ Solid background in direct response marketing (copywriting, offers, conversion strategies).

β€’ Experience in managing subscription performance and optimizing retention.

β€’ Strong technical proficiency in deliverability best practices.

β€’ Competence in data flows, tracking, and integrations.

β€’ Analytical mindset with the ability to quickly translate data into actionable insights.

β€’ Capability to operate both strategically and tactically (player-coach role).
