📋 Description

• Serves as a Field Marketing expert, engaging with agencies within the designated territory.

• Responsible for nurturing and monitoring agency relationships in the assigned region.

• Tracks new binding activities and renewal retention for a specified group of agents.

• Provides agents with marketing insights related to product opportunities.

• Assists in establishing agency-level objectives.

• Participates in consultative marketing strategies and delivers detailed production analytics.

• Acts as the main point of contact for correspondence from agents in the designated territory.

• Addresses inquiries and employs problem-solving abilities.

• Prepares for agency visits ahead of meetings using calendar and CRM software.

• Maintains a comprehensive understanding of product knowledge.

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience is necessary.

• A minimum of five years of related work experience.

• Advanced skills in Marketing and Sales.

• Familiarity with insurance terminology.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
