This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.
• Oversee activation in both regional and local markets.
• Convert the national brand strategy into tailored regional and local programs, including the expansion of Heinz Verified.
• Adapt brand extensions and partnership initiatives for local relevance in activations.
• Identify opportunities to engage with real-time cultural moments in the market.
• Act as the local market authority for the designated region.
• Share local insights and suggestions to enhance future activations and partnership endeavors.
• Manage the execution of brand extensions and partnership activations within the assigned region.
• Cultivate and enhance relationships with customers and operators.
• Function as the primary marketing collaborator with local Sales teams, agencies, customers, and operators.
• Oversee execution quality and promptly address any issues.
• A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline is required; an MBA with a marketing concentration is preferred.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in multi-channel marketing, field marketing, product management, brand management, CPG Sales, or similar commercial roles.
• Experience in foodservice is preferred.
• Exceptional ability to influence and establish credibility at all organizational levels, both internally and externally.
• A creative mindset capable of developing impactful marketing integrations.
• Strong strategic thinking skills, with the capability to formulate marketing strategies that align with business goals.
• Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities.
• Proven capacity to act swiftly and adapt to changing market conditions, seizing real-time opportunities.
• Must have the ability to prioritize effectively for maximum impact.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% for business purposes.
