This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Managing and filtering all incoming calls, web forms, and cases for the department.
• Overseeing the department's voicemail inbox and appropriately distributing leads.
• Handling all operational lead request support tickets submitted by Direct Sales agents and the Club Department.
• Assisting with departmental reporting utilizing a combination of Salesforce and Excel reports.
• Ensuring that shared files are systematically organized.
• Creating, activating, and deactivating Salesforce campaigns.
• Maintaining and organizing the shared department Outlook inbox.
• Responding to inbound calls for the department (approximately 75% of the time).
• A minimum of one year of customer service experience.
• High School Diploma.
• At least one year of telephone experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• One year of experience in vacation ownership.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.com or similar CRM tools.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, Vlookups, and advanced formulas.
