This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Take charge of the enterprise software implementation delivery strategy for Sage, Acumatica, and upcoming enterprise software solutions.
• Define and continuously refine the AMS implementation operating models, methodologies, and standards.
• Uphold a high standard for the quality and consistency of implementations, encompassing scoping, configuration, data migration, integrations, training, and transition to post-go-live support.
• Serve as the executive escalation point for intricate or high-risk client engagements.
• Ensure that implementations produce measurable business value and correspond with client success outcomes.
• Take ownership of the key performance indicators (KPIs) for our implementations, including utilization, margin, delivery timelines, client review metrics, and more.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Client Success Management, Finance and Operations, and other AMS department leaders.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Implementation Managers, empowering them to effectively steer project teams and client engagements.
• Propel the continuous optimization of AMS implementation processes, tools, and technology stack.
• Over 10 years of experience in leading enterprise software implementations, preferably within a consulting, managed services, or Value-Added Reseller (VAR) setting.
• Proven leadership experience managing multi-team delivery organizations (Directors, Managers, or equivalent).
• Solid background in ERP implementations; experience with Sage and/or Acumatica is preferred.
• Demonstrated success in managing utilization, margins, and operational performance within a professional services model.
• Capability to operate credibly at both executive and detailed delivery levels.
• Exceptional skills in communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving.
• Ability to function efficiently in a remote work environment.
