This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Develop, implement, and assess marketing strategies aimed at enhancing brand recognition for the Story Corporate brand and its associated brands.
• Formulate integrated marketing plans that align with business goals while ensuring a comprehensive and focused message across various marketing channels, thereby boosting brand awareness and overall revenue.
• Spearhead the creation of brand marketing content and materials that consistently reflect our voice across retail and wholesale operations.
• Supervise and optimize marketing campaigns, including social media and email initiatives.
• Administer the national marketing budget, guaranteeing that initiatives are effectively measured and reported.
• Manage resource allocation and oversight within the marketing team.
• Cultivate relationships with stakeholders and media to execute public relations strategies.
• Analyze market trends and conduct competitive assessments, utilizing data insights to understand our customer base and enhance our marketing strategy.
• Provide regular updates to executive leadership to showcase performance against set KPIs.
• Lead and develop a team responsible for executing across brand, retail, product, social/digital, PR, events, and partnerships.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
• Over 15 years of experience, including prior roles in marketing leadership.
• Demonstrated leadership and innovative thinking with a successful history of converting ideas into actionable plans and outcomes.
• Proficiency in transforming marketing data and insights into practical strategies and go-to-market plans that drive significant business results.
• Experience in managing complex projects and programs, necessitating strong leadership to align various teams and stakeholders.
• Capability to alternate between high-level strategic thinking and hands-on project management.
• Solid background in financial planning and budgeting.
• Leadership and people management abilities, with a proven track record of inspiring, leading, and scaling teams effectively.
• Willingness to travel to our corporate office and other locations as necessary.
