📋 Description

• Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy encompassing brand, communications, growth, and engagement marketing.

• Act as a vital member of the leadership team, ensuring marketing initiatives align with organizational objectives.

• Lead the ongoing establishment of a high-performing marketing team within a contemporary marketing framework utilizing marketing technology, automation, and AI-driven tools.

• Continue to shape a brand identity that embodies Imagine Pediatrics' commitment to clinical excellence and a family-focused approach.

• Simplify a multifaceted medical, behavioral, and social care delivery model into clear, engaging, and human-centric narratives.

• Maintain brand consistency across various audiences and channels.

• Supervise the creation and implementation of a PR and thought leadership strategy that positions the organization as a frontrunner in pediatric value-based care and healthtech innovation, in collaboration with your team and a PR agency.

• Direct integrated marketing strategies targeting B2B (health plans/MCOs/provider networks), B2B2C (communication and engagement partnerships with payers to enhance member awareness), and D2C (working with engagement and clinical teams to devise marketing strategies that facilitate caregiver and patient enrollment and engagement).

• Collaborate closely with the commercial team to drive B2B pipeline expansion and explore new markets, introducing and supporting account-based marketing.

• Work alongside engagement and clinical programming teams to ensure patient/caregiver communications resonate with their healthcare journey and develop omnichannel marketing strategies to aid in enrollment, engagement, and adherence to care plans.

• Create scalable, data-driven marketing funnels across various channels including paid advertising, earned media, social media, web, email, SMS, and print.

• Utilize digital platforms and AI-enhanced marketing capabilities to improve performance and conversion rates.

• Ensure that all marketing activities comply with payer requirements, legal and compliance standards, and value-based care objectives.

• Lead strategic communication efforts for the organization to guarantee clarity, alignment, and consistency among all stakeholders.

• Collaborate across functions to support the organization's goals.

• Set and track clear KPIs and dashboards to assess performance in brand, growth, and engagement marketing.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 15 years of relevant experience in marketing and communications, with a preference for healthcare or health tech backgrounds.

• More than 10 years of experience in marketing leadership with direct accountability for developing and managing high-performing marketing teams.

• Demonstrated success in leading integrated marketing efforts across B2B, B2B2C, and D2C channels.

• Extensive experience in value-based care.

• Proven track record of engaging Medicaid and other vulnerable or underserved populations.

• Previous experience in a fast-paced growth environment is highly preferred.

• Comprehensive understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, including clinical workflows, payer and provider interactions, and related care models.

• Proven ability to establish trust with internal stakeholders and promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and exceptional service.
