This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of and enhance Hatch’s product positioning and messaging.
• Manage demand generation initiatives across digital platforms and industry events.
• Elevate the Hatch brand to solidify its status as the market leader.
• Collaborate with product and growth teams during launches.
• Lead a team dedicated to producing impactful thought leadership content.
• Establish KPIs, oversee budgets, and assess performance metrics.
• Build, mentor, and expand a high-performing marketing team.
• Over 8 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing.
• Background in AI, lead management, or home services sectors.
• Proven track record in developing pipeline and enhancing brand visibility.
• A data-driven approach with proficiency in marketing analytics and performance improvement.
• Experience in leading teams across content, demand generation, and product marketing.
• Outstanding written, verbal, and visual communication abilities.
• Familiarity with contemporary MarTech tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, etc.).
