This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Define and take ownership of Boldr’s market and category narrative.
• Drive the transformation of Boldr from a conventional outsourcing provider to a contemporary CX solutions partner.
• Create distinct messaging that resonates with leaders in CX and operations.
• Ensure a unified representation of Boldr across all market engagement points.
• Establish a repeatable and scalable pipeline engine that aligns with revenue objectives.
• Convert positioning into go-to-market strategies that generate qualified pipelines and expedite deals.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, and RevOps to ensure marketing activities are in sync with revenue results.
• Take responsibility for marketing's contribution to pipeline generation, beyond mere activity tracking.
• Establish Boldr’s visibility within critical CX ecosystems, particularly in the SaaS and eCommerce sectors.
• Work in partnership with internal leaders to maximize and expand existing ecosystem relationships and partnerships.
• Convert partnerships and relationships into structured, repeatable go-to-market motions that enhance pipeline.
• Design and implement tailored, high-impact engagements such as executive dinners, roundtables, and community-driven experiences.
• Cultivate relationships that foster trust and convert into pipeline opportunities.
• Develop a campaign engine that transforms insights and expertise into scalable demand.
• Create thought leadership that embodies Boldr’s viewpoint on CX, AI-driven service delivery, and modern outsourcing practices.
• Ensure all content reinforces positioning and aids in pipeline generation.
• Collaborate with RevOps to provide transparent visibility into marketing’s influence on pipeline and revenue.
• Optimize and utilize HubSpot to facilitate scalable marketing execution and analytics.
• Establish operational rhythms for planning, execution, and performance measurement.
• Prioritize significant initiatives over channel-specific optimizations.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to translate market positioning into narratives that attract talent in key regions.
• Work alongside Customer Success, CX, Product, and Impact teams to guarantee alignment between offerings, delivery, and market positioning.
• Represent the market voice at the leadership level.
• Lead and nurture a global marketing team.
• Gradually design the team structure as the function grows, including the integration of global talent.
• Foster a culture of accountability, speed, and high standards.
• Communicate effectively and influence at the executive level.
• Operate with a sense of ownership, urgency, and accountability.
• 10 to 15+ years of marketing experience, including roles in senior leadership.
• Demonstrated experience in leading or significantly contributing to category repositioning or the development of market narratives.
• Proven track record of ownership or substantial impact on pipeline generation and revenue outcomes.
• Experience in consulting, services, or complex solution-based sales environments.
• A background in CX, outsourcing, or related industries is highly preferred.
• Experience in building and scaling marketing functions and teams.
• A history of close collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, and RevOps to ensure go-to-market alignment.
• Familiarity with leveraging partnerships, ecosystems, and community-driven go-to-market strategies.
• Proficient in working with CRM and marketing systems, with a strong preference for HubSpot experience.
