Mid-level Social Media Marketing Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop, implement, and oversee a content strategy across various social media platforms (X, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok), ensuring uniformity across channels and alignment with brand goals;

• Stay updated on trends, discussions, and market dynamics, responding swiftly with real-time marketing and recognizing positioning opportunities;

• Manage community interactions, addressing comments, messages, and mentions, while engaging actively on X to enhance brand presence;

• Produce, modify, and distribute content (copy, scripts, and creative directives) in collaboration with internal teams, ensuring the quality and consistency of communications;

• Monitor performance metrics, analyze outcomes, and provide insights, recommending optimizations, tests, and innovative strategies based on data and benchmarks;

• Possess a digital mindset, demonstrate curiosity about emerging technologies, and show interest in how Artificial Intelligence can revolutionize processes, experiences, and results.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related disciplines;

• Prior experience as a Social Media professional, managing multiple platforms (X, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok), preferably in B2B or technology sectors;

• Familiarity with content planning, editorial calendars, and real-time marketing strategies;

• Strong analytical skills to interpret metrics, derive insights, and make data-informed decisions;

• Excellent creative writing abilities with a knack for tailoring language to various channels and audiences;

• Well-versed in trends, digital culture, and audience behaviors;

• Knowledge of or enthusiasm for Artificial Intelligence technologies: tools, applications, and concepts.
