This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Define and take ownership of Boldr’s category and market narrative.
• Guide the transformation of Boldr from a traditional outsourcing provider to a contemporary CX solutions partner.
• Create clear, distinct messaging that resonates with leaders in CX and operations.
• Ensure that Boldr is consistently represented across all market touchpoints.
• Develop a repeatable and scalable pipeline engine that aligns with revenue objectives.
• Translate positioning into go-to-market strategies that generate qualified pipeline and accelerate deals.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, and RevOps to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and revenue outcomes.
• Take ownership of marketing’s contribution to pipeline development, focusing on results rather than just activities.
• Establish Boldr’s presence within key CX ecosystems, particularly in the SaaS and eCommerce sectors.
• Work closely with internal leaders to enhance and expand existing ecosystem relationships and partnerships.
• Convert partnerships and relationships into structured, repeatable go-to-market motions that drive pipeline.
• Design and implement curated, high-impact engagements such as executive dinners, roundtables, and community-led experiences.
• Cultivate relationships that foster trust and convert into pipeline opportunities.
• Create a campaign engine that transforms insights and expertise into scalable demand.
• Develop thought leadership that embodies Boldr’s perspective on CX, AI-enabled service delivery, and modern outsourcing practices.
• Ensure that all content reinforces positioning and supports pipeline generation efforts.
• Collaborate with RevOps to establish clear visibility into marketing’s impact on pipeline and revenue.
• Optimize and utilize HubSpot to facilitate scalable marketing execution and reporting.
• Establish operating rhythms for planning, execution, and measurement.
• Prioritize high-impact initiatives over channel-level optimizations.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to translate market positioning into narratives that assist in recruiting for key markets.
• Work with Customer Success, CX, Product, and Impact teams to ensure alignment between offering, delivery, and market positioning.
• Represent the voice of the market at the leadership level.
• Lead and develop a global marketing team.
• Design the team structure over time as the function expands, including leveraging global talent.
• Foster a culture of accountability, speed, and high standards.
• Communicate effectively and influence at the executive level.
• Act with ownership, urgency, and accountability.
• 10–15+ years of marketing experience, including roles in senior leadership.
• Proven experience in leading or significantly contributing to category repositioning or market narrative development.
• Demonstrated ownership of, or substantial impact on, pipeline generation and revenue results.
• Experience in consulting, services, or other complex solution-based sales environments.
• A background in CX, outsourcing, or related industries is highly preferred.
• Experience in building and scaling marketing functions and teams.
• A track record of collaborating closely with Sales, Customer Success, and RevOps to drive go-to-market alignment.
• Experience leveraging partnerships, ecosystems, and community-driven go-to-market strategies.
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing systems, with a strong preference for HubSpot experience.
