📋 Description

• Develop and steer a comprehensive, enterprise-wide marketing and communications strategy that is market-focused and aligns with growth goals and long-term value generation.

• Convert business objectives into actionable roadmaps that include defined ownership, expected outcomes, and return on investment (ROI).

• Establish Availity as a leader in its category through unique positioning, thought leadership, and narratives that shape the market.

• Drive omnichannel engagement supported by high-quality content creation.

• Advocate for the integration of AI, automation, and advanced marketing technologies to enhance productivity.

• Ensure accountability for results that are directly linked to pipeline generation, revenue growth, and customer engagement.

• Manage the comprehensive strategy and execution across all marketing initiatives.

• Act as a strategic consultant on corporate communications, public relations, and executive messaging.

• Assemble and lead a high-performing team with a strong emphasis on accountability for both results and behavior.

• Effectively communicate strategies, performance metrics, and investment decisions to executive leadership and the Board with clarity and impact.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 12 years of progressive experience in marketing leadership, including executive-level positions.

• Demonstrated success in driving measurable growth within complex environments.

• Expertise in product marketing, digital strategies, brand management, and communications.

• Proven ability to develop AI-enabled, high-performing marketing teams.

• Strong history of leading transformation efforts, scaling teams, and enhancing operational efficiency.

• Impressive executive presence with experience influencing senior stakeholders and Board members.

• Well-informed on emerging marketing trends and competitive strategies within the technology sector.

• Comprehensive understanding of the complete product lifecycle and its correlation to go-to-market success.

• Extensive knowledge of market intelligence and competitive positioning.

• Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.
