• Developing the strategy, agenda, and execution for communications related to earnings, M&A, and corporate news.
• Assembling and managing project teams for significant events.
• Managing all media relationships based in New York.
• Directing communications related to M&A activities.
• Partnering with the Senior Director of Public Affairs and Reputation Management.
• Over 12 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a similar field.
• Proven history of success at a publicly traded or pre-IPO organization.
• Proficient in M&A communications.
• Knowledgeable about generative AI models.
• Strong connections with Tier 1 financial and business media outlets.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
